Sheena Boughen is widely recognised as a generous and thoughtful mentor, drawing on over two decades of leadership across the arts, governance, and regional development. Sheena shares her expertise through formal and informal mentoring, helping emerging and established leaders navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.
She is also a contributing presenter with the Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA), where she supports Chairs and board leaders through programs such as Advanced Leadership for Community Chairs. In these sessions, Sheena brings real-world insight to topics like chair–CEO relationships, values-based leadership, and shaping organisational culture, drawing from her lived experience leading both grassroots and national organisations.
